| This 85,000 sf core and shell renovation project updated office areas into state-of-the-art laboratory space. Housed in Cambridge's famous Athenaeum Building, infrastructure upgrades required careful planning and extra precautions to uphold the historic integrity of the building. This three-trade project featured an accelerated schedule as well as active offices surrounding the job site which provided an added layer of complexity.
