| Prefabrication and just-in-time delivery were the keys to success on this core and shell renovation project. The 5-story, 220,000 sf building was once a manufacturing facility for the Ford Motor Company, but is now being used for laboratory and office space. The coordination process for this fast-track project began in the Fall of 2010 and construction wrapped up in time to welcome the building's first tenant in Spring 2011.
