| This six-story, 180,000 sf laboratory facility employed innovative techniques such as the reuse of HVAC condensate for irrigation and the use of chilled beams for cooling. Plumbing and HVAC systems for lab and office spaces utilized lean principles such as prefabricated utility racks, and sustainable methods including ventilation monitoring that reduces the number of air changes while the space is unoccupied.
