Mentoring
Mentoring plays an integral role in preparing talented, young professionals for meaningful careers in our industry. Cannistraro welcomes co-op students each semester to gain hands-on work experience as engineers, estimators and CAD/BIM designers. Through strong partnerships with various colleges and universities, students spend a semester visiting active job sites and working on current projects alongside experienced Cannistraro professionals. In many cases, co-op students graduate college and return to Cannistraro to begin their careers.
