| Autodesk’s Waltham headquarters was the first project in New England to utilize an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team. Mechanical system for plumbing, HVAC and fire protection were designed and installed for this project. The facility’s mechanical infrastructure included 100 VAV and fan-powered boxes, 80-tons of computer room cooling, and a complete commercial kitchen. All members of the project team were brought on board early for design assistance.
