| The historic Ames Building, once considered Boston's tallest skyscraper, was renovated and transformed into a boutique hotel in 2009. On this multi-trade project Cannistraro was brought on board early to collaborate in a Design-Assist project delivery method. Using its capabilities for offsite prefabrication, Cannistraro helped deliver valuable space back to the owner by relocating basement equipment to a modular rooftop penthouse.
